Shipping & Returns

ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for all products.
  • All orders will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day (Monday to Friday, except Holidays) the order is placed.
  • All orders will be shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method (United States Postal Service or UPS Ground).
  • Standard Ground shipping takes 4 to 10 business days for delivery.
  • NO International Shipping. We only ship to 50 U.S. States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.
  • Overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO/AA/AE/AP) is accepted.
  • NO P.O. Box addresses accepted. Please provide the physical address which you can receive the package during day time.

SHIPPING RATES

  • For the 48 contiguous U.S. States:
    • Orders $99.99 and under = $9.00 FLAT RATE for shipping and handling.
    • Orders $100.00 and over = FREE SHIPPING via Standard Ground (USPS or UPS Ground).
  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands = NOT eligible for flat rate &  free shipping. Shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Rates can be checked in the shopping cart.
  • Express Shipping: “Express” only refers to shipping method (via UPS 3rd Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day Air). KEEP IN MIND: All orders will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day (Monday to Friday, except Holidays) the order is placed. There exists the possibility that an Express Shipping order will be shipped out the next business day and not the same business day that the order is placed. Rates can be checked in the shopping cart.
  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses will be charged an additional $10.00. This is a penalty charge which is charged to Prince of Peace, and we are only passing it back to the responsible party. It is your responsibility to confirm that your information is complete and correct before submitting order.

PAYMENT METHOD
We only process Visa, Master, and Discover Cards.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
DO NOT return items without prior authorization. You MUST obtain an authorization for return. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning the items to us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTS, OR SHIPMENT ERRORS

  • Damaged, defective, and shipment errors may be returned for replacement, full credit or refund.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or shipment error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods at popsf@popus.com or call us at (510) 887-1899  
  • Please include the following information: 1) name, 2) order number, 3) contact phone number and email address, and 4) brief description of damage, defect, or shipment error.
  • Delayed damage requests cannot be accepted and opened bottles cannot be returned.
  • Before you ship your return, you must receive an RMA number, and return instructions.
  • Unless otherwise requested, all returns must be done via U.S. Postal Service regular service.
  • Turnaround time for returns is approximately 2-3 weeks.

OTHER RETURNS

  • If you would like to return your item(s) for a reason other than damage, defect, or shipment error, there will be a 15% restocking service PLUS the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
  • Product must be returned original unopened package and in good condition.
  • When product(s) have been received and inspected as in acceptable condition, your purchase amount will be refunded less 15%.
  • Before you ship your returns, you must call to receive an RMA number, and return instructions.
  • Turnaround time for returns is approximately 2-3 weeks.
